We are excited to announce a long-term partnership with a respected vocational school in Helsinki, Finland, aimed at providing Kenyan citizens with the opportunity to study Practical Nursing. Our goal is to recruit 2–3 groups of Kenyan applicants annually, creating a sustainable pathway for education and professional growth.

Who Can Apply
Kenyan applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Over 18 years of age.
- Completed at least high school education or equivalent.
- In good health.
- Able to speak and write English.
- Highly motivated to work in the social and healthcare sector, especially eldercare.
- Able to self-finance tuition, accommodation, and living expenses in Finland.
Preparation Before Arriving in Finland
- To succeed in Finland, students must be proficient in Finnish, as Practical Nursing work is conducted entirely in Finnish.
- The vocational school organizes approximately six months of Finnish language training in Kenya before students travel to Finland.
- Students participate in full-time, online language courses, requiring a reliable internet connection and laptop.
- Passing a language test is mandatory before traveling to Finland.
This preparation ensures students are ready to integrate, study, and work successfully in Finland.

Selected applicants attend an interview at our Nairobi office. - Background check and health check.
We verify applicant qualifications, references, and ensure good health for practical nursing studies.
Confirm the applicant’s ability to self-finance tuition and living expenses. - Vocational school interview.

School makes final selection of students.
Once selected, students will begin Finnish language studies remotely in January to prepare for studies and future employment in Finland.
Application period: Open immediately and continues until December 31. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early applicants may secure their place sooner.
